How would a Personal Trainer help me?
A Personal Trainer can help anyone. Most of the time people find a lack of motivation to exercise. If you have a
Personal Trainer, they can ensure that you are doing the right exercises in the correct, safe manner to achieve the right
results and will motivate you when you really need it. Spending a hour with a trainer can be worth three hours training on
your own. Using a trainers knowledge and skills can ensure that you meet your targets.
I just want some advice, can you help?
I am more than happy to meet with a new client and take them through simple steps to improve their wellbeing and fitness
levels without the need for weekly sessions. I can write a fitness programme and let you get on with it for a few weeks
and then re-assess your performance and set new targets.
I could only manage one hour a week training, is that enough?
The simple answer is yes, I have many clients that I only see once a week. When they train with me I can motivate
them to keep active for the time in between my sessions. Just one hour a week can make a huge difference.
I don't know the first thing about exercise, can I be trained?
You don't need to have a clue about exercise or fitness, all will be explained and you will be looked after all the way.
Do I need any equipment to use your services?
All you need are comfortable clothing and a pair of trainers, everything else is supplied.
I think I might be too unfit/overweight to exercise, am I?
As long as you have the willingness to change your condition, then I can train you.
I just want a fitness test, do you do that?
Yes I do, just book in and I'll take you through your paces and let you know how you have done.
I would really like a Personal trainer but I don't think I can afford it, what should I do?
I try my hardest to train everyone who requires my services. If you contact me, I can explain ways that even people on the smallest budgets can still get a high quality service and specialised training

My doctor told me I have high blood pressure and need to do some exercise, will you train me?
I can train you, I would need your doctors concent first and then we can get cracking on lowering your BP straight away!
