Here you can follow the progress of one of my clients

Lisa started following one of my diet plans on the 25th May 2009. Lisa will be taking her measurements and weight every Monday until she reaches her goal weight of 9 and a half stone. By agreement Lisa has allowed me to post her progress on my website. Feel free to check back every week to see how Lisa is doing.
 
Starting weight and measurements (25-5-09):
  • Weight: 11st 0lbs
  • Chest : 39 3/4"
  • Waist : 31 1/4"
  • Hips : 41"
  • Thigh : 24 3/4"
After week 1 (1-6-09):
  • Weight: 10st 11lbs -3lbs
  • Chest : 39 1/4" -1/2"
  • Waist : 30 3/4" -1/2"
  • Hips : 40 1/2" -1/2"
  • Thigh : 24 1/4" -1/2"
  • Lisa has done very well in the first week and reduced all measurements and her weight.
After week 2 (8-6-09):
  • Weight: 10st 11lbs -0lbs
  • Chest : 38 3/4" -1/2"
  • Waist : 30 3/4" -0"
  • Hips : 40 1/2" -0"
  • Thigh : 24 1/4" -0"
  • The 2nd week has not shown much change, this could be due to the party Lisa attended on Saturday, Lisa will make good progress this coming week. No more brandy!
After week 3 (15-6-09):
  • Weight: 10st 8.5lbs -2 1/2lbs
  • Chest : 38 1/2" -1/4"
  • Waist : 30 1/4" -1/2"
  • Hips : 40 1/2" -0"
  • Thigh : 24 1/4" -0"
  • The 3rd week has been good, lisa has lost a safe amount of weight and her measurements continue to change.
After week 4 (22-6-09):
  • Weight: 10st 7lbs -1 1/2lbs
  • Chest : 38 1/2" -0"
  • Waist : 30" -1/4"
  • Hips : 40" -1/2"
  • Thigh : 24 1/2" +1/4"
  • The 4th week, lisa has lost weight and her measurements continue to change. Lisa did find it a struggle this week as she has a guest staying with her. However the half stone weight loss should be a good incentive to keep going.
After week 5 (29-6-09):
  • Weight: 10st 7lbs -0lbs
  • Chest : 38 1/2" -0"
  • Waist : 30" -0"
  • Hips : 40" -0"
  • Thigh : 24" -1/4"
  • The 5th week, although lisa has not lost any weight, there has been a small change to her measurements. Lisa has been very good over the last 7 days.I would expect to see a few pounds to drop off this week.
After week 7 (13-7-09):
  • Weight: 10st 6lbs -1lbs
  • Chest : 38" -1/2"
  • Waist : 29 3/4" -1/4"
  • Hips : 40" -0"
  • Thigh : 24" -0"
  • The weight is still dropping and Lisa is doing well.
Total loss:
  • Weight: 8lb
  • Chest : 1 3/4"
  • Waist : 1 1/2"
  • Hips : 1"
  • Thigh : 3/4"
