I can plan your entire training year down to every single day. The programmes will be specific to your needs and
help you work towards your competition or personal challenge.
Nutritional Planning
I can assess your current diet and give you detail diet plans to ensure that you are eating the correct foods to enable
you to achieve a specified weight, body composition and/or energy loading for events.
Blood Pressure and Body Compostion test
Using specialist equipment I can tell you your body fat %, lean tissue % and hydration level. I will also take your blood pressure and explain in detail what the results mean and how you can improve your readings.
Plyometric Training
Using plyometric training techniques to help you improve your sporting achievements.
Online Personal Training
Some of my clients have such hectic working lives and social commitments, that they can't possibly dedicate a set day and
time to train with me. For these people I offer online Perosnal Training. We simply discuss via email and the telephone
what sort of training is required. I will then work out programmes that can be followed and nutritional advice. I offer online,telephone and
text support. The cost of online training can vary greatly depending on the circumstances and the level of support required.
